Summary:
Pyramid Healthcare’s Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ offers a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for men and women seeking meaningful, long-term recovery. With evidence-based treatment and various supportive groups, clients transition to a sober lifestyle in an expansive setting. Our detox program ensures safe, medically-supervised withdrawal from substances in a comfortable, non-hospital environment. The residential rehab program provides variable lengths of stay based on personalized, clinically-driven treatment plans.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay:
$75,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential clients for appropriate level of care and DSM IVTR diagnoses, Axis I-V. Assist counselors in the development of treatment plans.
- Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consults.
- Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and assigned staff. Attend shift change and company meetings.
- Maintain caseload as needed and assist in developing new programs for the facility.
- Perform clerical duties for maintenance of client files.
- Listen to clients regarding all areas of treatment.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
- Ensure daily clinical programs are scheduled and occur as planned. Identify, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Support counselors in consistent utilization of evidence-based modalities in sessions.
- Attend provider meetings and explore engagement opportunities with external stakeholders.
- Support marketing efforts by providing tours and information as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services), or a related field. 2 years of clinical experience in a health and human services agency, including 1 year of direct work with chemically dependent individuals.
- Preferred experience in facilitating process group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy.
- Mental health and treatment planning experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
