Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Overnight 3rd Shift
📍 Silvermist Recovery – Renfrew, PA
💰 $17 – $18/hour (based on experience)
🕚 Full-Time | 3rd Shift | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM  Friday - Tuesday

Silvermist Recovery, part of Pyramid Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our overnight 3rd shift team in Renfrew, PA. In this role, you will provide critical overnight support to clients in residential treatment, helping ensure safety, structure, and continuity of care in a therapeutic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support new client admissions and assist with overnight intake needs as applicable

  • Complete accurate and timely client documentation

  • Observe and document client self-administration of medications (as applicable)

  • Monitor clients overnight to ensure safety and adherence to program guidelines

  • Conduct facility rounds and maintain a secure, structured environment

  • Support treatment goals by following individualized care plans

  • Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis intervention when necessary

  • Assist with overnight routines and early morning preparation

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly facility

  • Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards

  • Complete required trainings and perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in behavioral health or healthcare preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong communication and observation skills

  • Ability to remain calm, alert, and effective during overnight hours

  • Familiarity with behavioral health standards and compliance preferred
