Clinical Supervisor – Adult Mental Health & Co-Occurring Programs

High Focus Centers, a trusted name in outpatient behavioral healthcare and a proud member of the Pyramid Healthcare family, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our adult mental health and co-occurring programs in Center City Philadelphia.
We offer a collaborative, mission-driven environment where you can lead a dedicated clinical team while supporting adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This evening-focused leadership role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a dynamic outpatient setting and values both clinical excellence and team development.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Conduct clinical assessments to determine appropriate level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.

Guide staff in the development and implementation of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case consultations.

Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.

Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care.

Partner with the Program Director on program development, performance improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.

Complete clinical documentation reviews, including routine chart audits.

Respond to client crises and promote a safe, therapeutic treatment environment.

Ensure all services meet licensing, regulatory, CARF, and organizational standards.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings.

At least five (5) years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.
