We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.
Summary: Join Pyramid Healthcare as a Driver in York, PA, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our residential treatment center for adults facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make a significant impact by being the first point of contact for our consumers and ensuring they receive the care they need.
Schedule: 11am-7pm Friday through Monday (32 hours a week)
Starting Pay: $15/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Transport clients to and from specified regional locations
- Supervise clients during transport
- Complete housekeeping duties at assigned locations when not transporting
- Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Work independently and safely
- Lift up to 50 lbs. if necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Prior experience preferred, but not required
- Maintain a safe driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations and respond appropriately
- Professional, organized, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical decision-making
