💰 Pay: $16 – $17 per hour

Silvermist Recovery, part of Pyramid Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help create and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in supporting a healing atmosphere by keeping all areas of our facility spotless, comfortable, and inviting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and replace linens in client rooms following discharge according to prescribed timeframes.

• Keep bathrooms stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and other supplies.

• Clean patient rooms, nursing units, clinical spaces, offices, restrooms, corridors, and common areas.

• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in proper containers.

• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and effectively.

• Follow infection control practices, including handwashing, standard precautions, and isolation protocols.

• Maintain high-quality standards while completing daily tasks on schedule.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification a plus.

• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness and safety.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, stoop, and bend.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

• Indoor environment with moderate noise level.

• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals and healthcare settings where clients are present.

• Must be comfortable working in a behavioral health environment.
