Salary Range: $60,000 (based on education, licensure, and experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Adult PHP Therapist to join our dedicated Center City team. This role involves providing compassionate care through group, individual, and family therapy while fostering a positive, therapeutic environment for clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions

• Conduct level-of-care assessments

• Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and staff

• Address clients’ behavioral and emotional needs through therapy and crisis intervention

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with program standards

• Evaluate client progress and attend meetings to ensure continuity of care

• Support other programming needs as appropriate

• Participate in training, staff meetings, and supervision as required

• Uphold ethical boundaries and promote a safe therapeutic space

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

• Experience:

  • Providing counseling services in group and individual settings with adults

  • Proficiency in addressing mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, suicidality, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral challenges

  • Family therapy experience preferred
