Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight Shift (11pm–7am)
Location: Pyramid Healthcare – York, PA
Hourly Rate: $30–$34/hour (before differentials)
Schedule: Full-time, five shifts per week with every other weekend required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete initial nursing assessments for all new admissions.

Administer medications and educate clients on medication regimens.

Learn and assist with detox protocols, including COWS and CIWA assessments.

Coordinate with medical providers to support assessments and medication management.

Maintain medical equipment and ensure proper functionality.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
