High Focus Centers in Cranford is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Cranford we are currently seeking an Adolescent Clinician to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals in facilitating individual therapy, group therapy and group based psycho-education to our adolescent clients ranging in 10 - 17 years of age.   • Pyramid Healthcare will PAY you for your License Supervision!! 
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 9a-5p
  • Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients in collaboration with and consideration of family members
  • Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact.
  • Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement
  • Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data process.
  • Will utilize Evidence based practice
  • Contributes to program specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Masters degree in a human services field 
  • In the process of obtaining or have the following licensure: LPC / LAC/ LSW / LCSW/ LMFT or LMFT-A
