National Marketing & Business Development Representative

Catchment Area: Central Pennsylvania (Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Lancaster, and York) Summary: The purpose of this position is to build and maintain a strong foundation for the M&S EAP brand, grow both the connections with benefit leaders as well as corporate client partnerships. This position will contribute to the overall brand and revenue goals through development and support in all marketing initiatives through the analysis of industry trends and client needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Lead all marketing efforts for Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP and Empower. • Includes formulating strategic marketing plans within the allotted budget, establishing a presence in the community, forming key customer relationships, both internally and externally, to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue. · Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including, but not limited to: • Social media • Community events · Develop marketing materials to support and align overall message for social media, presentations, brochures, website content to communicate the value of M&S EAP services. · Build, maintain and grow network of strategic relationships with both potential and existing clients, partners and internal teams to support the growth of M&S EAP. · Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and client needs in order to identify new opportunities. · Direct the response to, and composition of, any RFPs, formal proposals, and contracts from new and/or existing clients for both EAP and Compass services. · Direct all marketing efforts for Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP. This includes networking/client prospect events, conferences, speaking engagements and direct prospecting. · Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information. · Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities. · Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Education, Licensure, & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales and marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Marketing, Business Administration with marketing concentration, or equivalent combination of educations and experience. Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce platforms

Physical Demands (this will be transferred to paragraph form)
This position requires adequate confidential, stationary workspace with the use of a standing desk or sitting at a desk. Use of a headset, monitor, keyboard, and mouse are required for all duties. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
Work Environment
This position is primarily remote, but does require travel. This position will be scheduled based on operational need and will be required to provide own transportation.
