Registered Nurse (RN) – ACTT

This role supports individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who face barriers to traditional care.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate nursing care with psychiatric providers and ACTT clinicians

• Monitor medication compliance and administer IM injections per orders

• Manage medication inventory, refills, and supplies

• Complete AIMS assessments at admission and every six months

• Record vitals and support prescriber appointments

• Provide medication education to clients and staff

• Travel in the community to meet clients and support treatment goals

• Participate in rotating on-call and crisis response coverage

• Transport clients to appointments and community resources as needed

What You’ll Need

• Active North Carolina RN license (required)

• Experience in behavioral health, community health, or substance use treatment preferred

• Comfort working independently in community-based settings

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
