Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Hourly Rate:
- RN: $35 - $41/hour
- LPN: $28 - $35/hour

Key Responsibilities
As an RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care. Your essential duties will include:
- Mentorship: Guide and support LPNs in their client care responsibilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s needs.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and educate clients about their treatment plans, enhancing their understanding and compliance.
- Detox Protocols: Implement and monitor detox protocols, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Clinical Assessments: Complete COWS and CIWA scales as required, maintaining high standards of care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical providers to coordinate assessments and medication management appointments.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure medical equipment is in proper working order while upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Additional Duties: Participate in various tasks as assigned, contributing to a dynamic and responsive care environment.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
- Certifications: Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification.
