Position: Adolescent Co-Occurring Clinician (Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment)
Location: Paoli, PA
Employer: High Focus Centers 
Salary: $53,000 - $56,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm

Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Adolescent Co-Occurring Clinician to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our adolescent clients through direct support in individual, family, and group counseling sessions. The clinician will also oversee various aspects of our daily program operations, working in a collaborative team environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a weekly program schedule based on client census and group needs.
  • Coordinate ancillary services such as Yoga and Art Therapy and manage daily food orders.
  • Facilitate Partial Hospitalization, family, and individual therapy sessions, and conduct client assessments in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Prepare materials for group facilitation and ensure client files are maintained according to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and staff to create and manage individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct weekly team treatment meetings, document insurance reviews, and collect client co-pays.
  • Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and supervision to uphold program standards.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including providing crisis intervention as needed.
  • Establish and maintain ethical boundaries with clients.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Preferred: Master’s level licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in adolescent services or 2+ years in adult services.
  • Experience or training in mental health programs for children and youth.
  • Preferred: Specialized education or professional experience with co-occurring disorders.
