Location: High Focus Centers | Schedule: Monday–Thursday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (flexible), Friday flexible

High Focus Centers, a leading provider of outpatient behavioral healthcare, is seeking a compassionate, affirming, and clinically skilled therapist to join our adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is specifically designed to support LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies, providing identity-affirming care in a safe and inclusive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate evening IOP therapy groups, with an emphasis on affirming support and identity safety.

• Conduct 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week, ensuring appropriate and timely placement.

• Provide family support services and lead outpatient aftercare groups as needed.

• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in insurance reviews and support administrative tasks such as co-pay collection.

• Attend team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development opportunities.

• Respond to client needs with compassion, professionalism, and appropriate crisis intervention when necessary.

Who You Are:

• You are passionate about creating inclusive, trauma-informed spaces for marginalized clients.

• You hold a Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

• You’ve completed a clinical-based internship and bring experience (or strong interest) in working with adults in outpatient or community-based settings.

• You are skilled in group therapy facilitation, treatment planning, and client engagement.
