Registered Nurse / LPN (Overnight)

LPN or RN – Full-Time Overnight
Location: Bluff – Augusta, GA
Schedule: Full-Time, Overnight Shift
Pay: $28 – $38/hour based on licensure & experience + $1.50/hour overnight shift differential

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Bluff in Augusta, GA. In this role, you will provide direct nursing services to adults in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.

Administer medications and deliver detox/withdrawal management protocols per policy.

Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments as appropriate.

Provide medication education to clients.

Collaborate with and support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments.

Maintain medical equipment in proper working order.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
For LPN Applicants:

Current, unencumbered LPN license in Georgia.

Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications.

Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
For RN Applicants:

Current, unencumbered RN license in Georgia.

Current CPR/BLS, and First Aid certifications.

Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Knowledge of state, federal, and regulatory compliance standards.

Physical & Work Environment

Indoor work environment with moderate noise levels.

Potential exposure to infectious diseases and traumatic situations.

Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Must provide own transportation to work site.
