October Road, a part of Pyramid Healthcare, has been a leader in behavioral health services in North Carolina since 2006. We specialize in evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use disorders — and we’re looking for a Clinical Team Lead to guide our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in Asheville.
ACTT is a collaborative, boots-on-the-ground approach that supports adults with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and other complex needs. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, and direct care — all in service of long-term recovery and stability.
🧠 What You’ll Do:

Lead a multi-disciplinary team (therapists, nurses, peer support, psychiatry) in delivering wraparound care

Provide clinical supervision, treatment planning, and ongoing case oversight

Maintain strong connections with families, community partners, and stakeholders
-
Support staff development and model best practices in evidence-based care

Ensure high standards of service delivery per TMACT and Medicaid guidelines
✅ What You’ll Need:

Licensure: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT (Associate licensure accepted)

Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field
-
3+ years clinical experience with SPMI population, including dual diagnosis

2+ years post-master’s experience and prior supervisory experience

Passion for serving high-need clients in community-based settings
💡 Bonus If You Have:

5+ years experience with ACTT, IOP, or similar intensive mental health programs

Background in family or group therapy and trauma-informed care
