About Us: Pyramid Healthcare is a preeminent behavioral healthcare provider, proudly operating our residential Substance Use Disorder treatment center in Quakertown. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to manage the front office and support our operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and excited about contributing to our mission, we invite you to apply for this amazing opportunity!

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office of the facility.
  • Oversee medical records filing, transcription, and the transfer of records.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, and typing.
  • Assemble and maintain updated client packets.
  • Assist with the intake process and billing sheets.
  • Correspond with referral sources.
  • Attend staff meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for maintenance needs.
  • Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office.
  • Complete all reports and maintain the policy and procedure book.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience preferred.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
