At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Hourly Rate: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office of the facility.
- Greeting clients as they enter the facility
- Oversee the scheduling of all appointments.
- Oversee medical records filing, transcription, and transfer of records and assist the facility in completing these responsibilities.
- Perform basic clerical duties including but not limited to- answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing and typing.
- Purchase office and client supplies.
- Assist with intake process and billing sheets.
- Maintains office equipment including corresponding with vendors when maintenance is required.
- Handles the petty cash.
- Responsible for the appearance, cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Licensure, & Experience
- REQUIRED: High School diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Recommended: Experience in administrative functions and within the behavioral healthcare field preferred.
