Position Summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an organized, dependable Office Coordinator to support the daily administrative operations of our Concord facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare administration. You'll work closely with clinical and operational teams while gaining valuable experience in a growing behavioral healthcare organization.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while responding to general inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and office records
  • Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general correspondence
  • Support compliance efforts by organizing required documentation and assisting with audits
  • Maintain office supplies and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Provide administrative support to clinical and leadership staff as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office technology
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
