Administrative Office Coordinator
Location: Jenkintown, PA
Salary Range: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM

Summary:
The Administrative Office Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the administrative operations of our Jenkintown site. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, provides essential administrative support to psychiatric staff, and ensures the smooth, day-to-day functioning of office activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative operations and perform receptionist duties for clients and visitors

  • Support psychiatric staff with administrative tasks, such as preparing charts and collecting copays

  • Schedule appointments and manage medical record requests

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and administrative records

  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and operational

  • Manage office supply purchases, petty cash, and weekly bank deposits

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall operations of the office

Required Skills:

  • High attention to accuracy in data entry

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and psychiatric staff

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging phone calls with professionalism

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
