Summary: The Administrative Office Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the administrative operations of our site. This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, providing essential administrative support to psychiatric staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities.

Salary Range: 20-22 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4/430pm

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative operations and provide receptionist duties for clients and visitors
  • Support psychiatric staff with administrative tasks, including preparing charts and collecting copays
  • Schedule appointments and manage medical record requests
  • Maintain all clinical and administrative records accurately
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and operational
  • Purchase office supplies and manage petty cash and weekly bank deposits
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the office

Required Skills:

  • Accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and psychiatric staff
  • Skill in handling difficult phone calls with calmness and respect
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good decision-making abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
