Adolescent PHP Therapist
Location: High Focus Centers – Pottstown, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (In-Person)
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience and credentials)
About Us
High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a trusted provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained team creates individualized, comprehensive treatment plans to support each client’s unique path to recovery.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Counselor/Therapist to join our exceptional team. If you're passionate about helping adolescents in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services.

Conduct 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week, based on program needs.

Lead one aftercare outpatient therapy group to support clients transitioning to lower levels of care.

Collaborate with clients, families, and team members to develop treatment plans within program timelines.

Participate in regular team meetings to review and discuss client progress.

Complete documentation and insurance reviews as required.

Collect client co-pays as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field required with the completion of a clinical based internship.

Previous counseling experience; experience with adolescents strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
