Salary: $53,000 - $56,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 1:00pm–9:00pm - Flexible on Friday

Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Adult Co-Occurring Clinician to join our evening IOP team. This role involves facilitating group therapy, conducting individual and family sessions, and supporting adults in our co-occurring program with personalized care. Clinicians work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure consistent, high-quality care and client engagement in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapy groups for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Conduct individual and family therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment goals.

Complete clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with other clinicians, case managers, and psychiatric providers to support coordinated care.

Participate in weekly team treatment meetings, insurance reviews, and staff supervision.

Provide crisis intervention and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for all clients.

Support program coordination, including scheduling and managing group topics relevant to client needs.

Uphold ethical and professional boundaries at all times.
Education & Experience Requirements

Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

Preferred: Licensure in Pennsylvania (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

Experience:

2+ years of clinical experience working with adults in mental health and/or substance use treatment.

Preferred experience in co-occurring disorder treatment settings.

Prior experience in a group facilitation or IOP setting is a plus.
