Location: Exton, PA
Employer: High Focus Centers and Seeds of Hope (formerly Onward Behavioral Health)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $53,000 – $56,000 annually

We specialize in compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults facing mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. We are currently seeking a dedicated clinician to join our collaborative and mission-driven team.
Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Adult Eating Disorder Clinician to provide individual, family, and group counseling while supporting the daily operations of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults experiencing eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the weekly program schedule based on census and group needs

Coordinate ancillary services such as Yoga and Art Therapy

Manage daily food orders to support nutritional programming

Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions in the PHP setting

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments as required

Prepare materials for group facilitation and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Create individualized treatment goals in collaboration with clients, families (as applicable), and the interdisciplinary team

Lead weekly team meetings and conduct utilization reviews for insurance purposes

Collect client co-pays and support administrative needs as assigned

Maintain a therapeutic, orderly, and safe environment, including crisis intervention when necessary

Participate in ongoing supervision, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities

Uphold ethical boundaries and professional standards in all client interactions
Education & Experience Requirements

Required: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and completion of a clinical based internship

Preferred: Licensure in Pennsylvania (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)

Preferred: 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience with adults, or 2+ years working with eating disorders

Strongly Preferred: Specialized education or professional experience with eating disorders
