Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Behavioral Health Technician to play a vital role in our residential and outpatient treatment services. This direct care position focuses on interacting with and supervising clients while providing essential transportation services for Pyramid Healthcare clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct intake processes for new clients.
- Maintain accurate client documentation.
- Observe and document client medication self-administration.
- Coordinate client activities and follow treatment plans.
- Provide client transportation and supervise during transit.
- Evaluate and respond to clients' behavioral and emotional needs, including crisis intervention.
- Ensure a safe and clean physical environment.
- Assist with clients' dietary needs.
- Complete all necessary documentation and required trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in behavioral health or general healthcare.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.

Physical Demands
Employees must be able to:
- Talk and hear frequently.
- Stand, walk, and climb stairs regularly.
- Use hands for various tasks.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
The work environment is typically moderately quiet and indoors, requiring local travel. The schedule will be based on operational needs, and personal transportation is necessary. Employees may encounter exposure to viruses, diseases, and traumatic situations.
