Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide essential support to clients and clinical staff. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment while assisting clients throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the intake process for new clients

Maintain accurate client records through written logs and communication with staff

Ensure a safe and orderly environment, including crisis intervention when necessary

Facilitate client activities such as educational groups, recreation, and meetings

Conduct required bed checks and complete shift reports

Support adherence to daily schedules and treatment plan objectives

Monitor the medication line as needed

Transport clients to meetings, appointments, and recreational activities

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
