Pay: $15 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide essential support to clients and clinical staff. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment while assisting clients throughout their treatment and recovery journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the intake process for new clients

  • Maintain accurate client records through written logs and communication with staff

  • Ensure a safe and orderly environment, including crisis intervention when necessary

  • Facilitate client activities such as educational groups, recreation, and meetings

  • Conduct required bed checks and complete shift reports

  • Support adherence to daily schedules and treatment plan objectives

  • Monitor the medication line as needed

  • Transport clients to meetings, appointments, and recreational activities

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
