Behavioral Health Technician Full Time

Come join our Behavioral Health Technician team serving an essential role in the delivery of treatment services as a direct care professional with a primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The Charlotte Hall Drug & Alcohol Residential Treatment Center has served local communities for more than 40-years providing treatment through structured programs guiding our clients through detox, residential care, medication-assisted treatment and family education for both men and women. Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare for our clients to help develop the strength they need to overcome life’s challenges and allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.
Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour before differentials!
This role is for 2nd shift 3p-11:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Transports clients to appointments, discharge locations using a company-provided vehicle
Complete the intake process with new clients into program
Maintains client documentation
Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable
Coordination of client activities
Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
Assists with the dietary needs of clients
Other duties as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma required
Valid Driver's License preferred
