Behavioral Health Technician Lead

We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support our clients and staff. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is an integral part of our clients’ well-being and our daily operations. The BHT is the frontline support to our clients, going through every motion of the day with our clients. Hourly Rate: $14/hour
Currently hiring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for completing, and leading the team to complete duties of the BHT role on each shift, passing important information on to shift BHTs
Assist with the BHT schedule
Complete the intake process with new clients into program
Maintains client documentation
Observe an document client self-administration of medication
Coordination of client activities
Provide client transportation
Assists with the dietary needs of clients
Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Drug and Alcohol/ Mental Health experience preferred
