Behavioral Health Technician Lead Full Time

Schedule 7am-3p
Pay range $16hr-$18hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in training new hire Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and delegating tasks to BHTs. Assist in creating and maintaining schedules, including staff, holiday, and outreach schedules. Provide shift coverage on days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled based on program needs. Verify client leave passes, monitor clients' plans while on pass, and check clients in/out as necessary. Conduct breathalyzer and urinalysis testing as necessary. Participate in peer support consultations as needed. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license.
