Located in Harford County, Maryland, our Joppa Inpatient program provides treatment paths for both men and women for substance use disorders, methamphetamine and other stimulant use, co-occurring disorders, and has a methadone maintenance program for opioid addiction. We are looking to add a Behavioral Health Technician Trainer to our team who would be responsible for BHT training, coordination of training schedules, and conducting BHT competency evaluations. Hourly Rate: $19/hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs. Facilitate BHT onboarding trainings; other trainings as needed (be able to answer questions from trainees during sessions). Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment. Maintain a database of all training materials, trainee attendance, progress, and achievements. Conduct employee surveys, competency evaluations, and interviews to measure training efficacy. Other duties as assigned. Education Requirements: High School diploma required.
