At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. If you are interested in leveraging your experience and education to make a meaningful impact in our new program, we encourage you to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule: Full time 40 hours/week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for oversight of all clinical services including assessment/intake/aftercare processing, individual/family/group therapy programming, crisis stabilization, and utilization review.
• Provides clinical supervision and training for all clinical staff with structured onboarding processes, consistent supervision meetings, treatment team facilitation, and support staff training
• Collaborates to develop annual clinical strategic plans for consistent refinement of clinical services.
• Participate in operational and clinical review to address documentation, EMR, billing, sales/ marketing issues and marketing meetings
• Address and actively improve any pertinent issue or barriers in clinical engagement and overall effectiveness of the program
• Oversee clinical development in collaboration with Divisional Clinical Leadership which includes ongoing development of clinical curriculum
• Manages on call clinical needs and provides crisis stabilization when needed.
• Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents program in internal and external audits
• Other duties as assigned. 

Education/Experience:

  • REQUIRED: LCSW or LPC for West Virginia and 3-5 years’ experience in similar role within the human services or related field
