At High Focus Centers, we are dedicated to providing quality outpatient treatment to adults and teens facing mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our adult mental health and co-occurring programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced individual to join our team and oversee the delivery of high-quality care within our dynamic treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of therapists providing outpatient and partial hospital treatment to adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
  • Evaluate clients to determine the appropriate level of care and identify DSM VTR diagnoses (Axis I-V).
  • Assist counselors in developing comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
  • Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consults.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other staff members as assigned.
  • Maintain a caseload, as necessary, based on the role.
  • Support the Program Director in the development of new programs and services.
  • Perform clerical tasks related to client files, including conducting chart audits.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention when needed.
  • Ensure the clinical program is delivered as scheduled and meets all required standards.

Education & Experience:

  • A Master’s Degree in Clinical mental health counseling, Social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising or managing staff/clinicians.
