Pyramid Healthcare is excited to announce a new Outpatient Program in Franklin, NC, and we’re seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team!

The Clinical Supervisor oversees and facilitates all clinical services in accordance with Pyramid Healthcare’s standards and philosophy of care. This role provides leadership and guidance to the clinical team, ensures quality treatment delivery, and helps develop new programming to meet client and community needs.

Candidates must have NC Licensure of any of the following: LCMHC, LCAS, or LCSW

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess potential clients for appropriate level of care and complete diagnostic assessments.

• Assist counselors with developing and reviewing individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in clinical case consultations.

• Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and assigned staff.

• Maintain a limited caseload as needed to support program operations.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance clinical programs and services.

• Ensure all documentation and client records are completed accurately and on time.

• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention when necessary.

• Oversee daily implementation of the clinical program schedule.

• Complete all required trainings as directed by Pyramid Healthcare and accrediting/licensing bodies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, leadership, and training for clinical staff.

• Support professional growth and adherence to best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure: Active North Carolina licensure as LCMHC, LCSW, or LCAS (or equivalent).

• Experience: Previous clinical supervision experience preferred; experience in mental health, trauma, eating disorder, or substance use treatment strongly desired.
