We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.
Summary:
Our Langhorne residential program offers gender-specific, individualized recovery services for adult men and women in Bucks County and surrounding areas. We focus on empowering individuals to safely cope with various forms of trauma without the use of substances, enabling them to overcome feelings of victimization and pursue wellness and personal growth. Residents at our facility live on-site in a structured environment and receive education, therapy, and medical care to support their recovery journey. Counselors play a crucial role by facilitating process group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall function of the daily schedule, including assessments, utilization review, and clinical services.
- Provide individual and group therapy to individuals in treatment.
- Complete client intake assessments.
- Train in utilization review processes and perform insurance reviews as needed.
- Maintain caseload as required.
- Support the Director in providing necessary services for the facility.
- Perform clerical duties for the maintenance of client files.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
Required skills:
- Option 1: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Chemical Dependency. Licensed (or working toward) as LMFT, LSW, LPC, or CAADC.
- Option 2: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Chemical Dependency. Certified (or working toward) as CADC and 1 year of counseling experience (individual, group, or family therapy).
- Consideration given to those working toward licensure or certification with the required experience.
