Dining Services Manager – New Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program
Location: Concord, MA
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

We are currently seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead the food service operations at this new facility. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a supportive, healing environment for individuals on the path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food service operations in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage food preparation and meal service based on standardized menus and dietary requirements.

• Supervise and support dining services staff, promoting Pyramid Healthcare’s mission and values.

• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas meet all safety and sanitation standards.

• Collaborate with the facility dietitian to meet client dietary needs, including modified diets.

• Monitor departmental budgets, purchasing, inventory, and labor costs.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational efficiencies.

• Complete monthly departmental reports and attend required meetings/trainings.

• Conduct regular employee check-ins, training, and performance evaluations.

• Participate in hiring and onboarding new dining services staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management, culinary arts, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service operations, preferably in healthcare, education, or hospitality settings.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a food service environment.

• Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
