Salary: $110,000-117,500

Position Summary
As the Executive Director, you will be at the helm, providing operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory leadership for our substance abuse treatment facility. You will be instrumental in cultivating a welcoming, client-centered environment, driving program growth, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a dynamic strategic plan to promote program growth and adaptability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing management team that thrives on employee relations and teamwork.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including client engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., CARF).
  • Lead exciting performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a robust onboarding process and implement innovative employee retention initiatives.
  • Oversee program budget development and expenditures with enthusiasm!
  • Ensure consistent communication through engaging shift reports and staff meetings.
  • Represent the facility with pride in organizational meetings and task forces.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide inspiring training, guidance, and daily support to the facility team.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in management, preferably in behavioral healthcare.
