Summary:

Our Langhorne residential program provides gender-specific, individualized recovery services for adult men and women in Bucks County and surrounding areas. Our program teaches women how to safely cope with physical, psychological, and emotional trauma without substances, empowering them to move toward wellness and personal growth. Men in our treatment program live on-site in a structured setting where they receive education, therapy, and medical care to assist them in overcoming addiction. The role creates and maintains a welcoming environment through routine cleaning of patient rooms, clinical areas, nursing units, offices, waiting areas, lounges, restrooms, and corridors.

 

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday

Pay: $14/hr

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Facilities Supervisor/Housekeeping Supervisor with scheduling and shift coverage.
  • Clean and replace linens in client bedrooms following discharge according to prescribed timeframes.
  • Keep bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in proper receptacles.
  • Complete work assignments in a timely manner using checklists to communicate completeness.
  • Use the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
  • Observe safety precautions and follow all infection control practices including hand washing techniques, Standard Precautions, and isolation precautions.
  • Maintain high quality standards when performing work duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
