Pyramid Healthcare is Seeking a Maintenance Coordinator

Pay: $47,000 - $57,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and certifications
Schedule: Monday through Friday with on-call services
Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the maintenance of multiple facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete a variety of remodeling tasks to ensure a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
- Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
- Oversee snow removal and landscaping operations.
- Respond to off-hours facility emergencies.
- Participate in risk management at a corporate level.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes, and regulations.
- Complete required training and mandatory training hours.
- Perform landscaping and other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications:
Education, Licensure, & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, building maintenance, and heating
- Familiarity with building codes and/or construction, landscaping

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch at moderate levels. The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision levels required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet and indoors. This position will require local travel, and scheduling will be based on operational needs. The incumbent will need to provide their own transportation. There may be exposure to viruses, diseases, and/or infections from clients in the work environment.
