Medical Assistant – Full Time (3 PM – 11 PM Shift)
Location: York, PA
Schedule: Full Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $15–$16 per hour, based on experience

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team in York, PA. In this full-time role, you’ll provide vital support to our medical staff and help guide clients through their recovery journey. This is a meaningful opportunity to build your skills while contributing to the behavioral healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and assist with documentation and filing.

Maintain and update client medical records.

Support the admission process and obtain necessary consents.

Assist with routine medical appointments.

Take vital signs and collect urine screens, documenting for clinical review.

Complete and monitor lab requisitions, reviewing results with the medical team.

Support medication ordering and prior authorization processes.

Schedule follow-up medical appointments and coordinate external referrals.

Perform other duties as assigned by the medical team.
Qualifications:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Medical Assistant degree or certification.
