Mental Health Technician Driver – Full Time

Position: Mental Health Technician Driver
Location: High Focus Centers – Jenkintown, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: 16-18 per hour

Responsibilities

Listen to, monitor, and observe clients throughout the day

Transport clients to and from programming and community outings (e.g., grocery shopping, community service)

Support the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Lead

Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for clients, including providing crisis intervention when needed

Follow treatment plan objectives and provide feedback to the clinical team

Communicate with staff verbally and in writing (email, reports)

Assist with interventions with clients as needed

Socialize with clients during meals and leisure time to support a positive therapeutic community

Orient new clients to the program and milieu

Complete clerical duties as assigned (e.g., stocking supplies, kitchen upkeep, ordering needs for PHP kitchen)

Participate in required meetings and trainings (company, site, and monthly PSS calls)

Train new PSS staff on program and site procedures

Help maintain a strong clinical program and ensure staff presence with clients at all times

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while upholding professional boundaries

Perform other related tasks as assigned
Education & Experience

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients using a company vehicle
