Nurse Practitioner / CRNP (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Education, Experience:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license to practice in General/Family Medicine
(Must hold either an FNP + Family Practice license OR a CRNP + Family Practice license) - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Addiction Medicine
Shift:
(In-Person) Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm, or 9:00am - 5:00pm
On-Call via phone or virtually
Pay:
$120,000 - $150,000 (The pay range depends on relevant experience, PMHNP/FNP)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Include doing history and physicals, reviewing labs, monitoring blood levels, sick call and preparing discharges (physician orders, scripts if has prescriptive authority).
- Provides support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed.
- Coordination (with the help of the nursing staff) with the primary care physician and psychiatrist when appropriate.
- Working with the nursing staff to make sure the medications are cost effective for the client after discharge and completing prior authorization requests for medications.
- Other duties as assigned.
