About Bluff Recovery
Bluff Recovery, a Pyramid Healthcare program, provides evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our nurses are essential members of the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting detox, stabilization, and recovery in a structured, therapeutic environment.
What You’ll Do

Complete nursing assessments for new admissions

Administer medications and document accurately per protocol

Monitor and manage withdrawal protocols (COWS / CIWA)

Educate clients on medications, wellness, and recovery
-
Collaborate with medical providers during assessments and medication reviews

Guide and support LPNs in daily client care

Monitor client health status and respond to medical concerns
-
Maintain medical supplies and ensure equipment readiness

Complete required documentation and trainings
What We’re Looking For
Required
-
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Georgia
-
CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
Preferred
-
Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or co-occurring treatment
-
Strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment skills
