💰 $28–$38/hour (based on experience)

About Bluff Recovery

Bluff Recovery, a Pyramid Healthcare program, provides evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our nurses are essential members of the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting detox, stabilization, and recovery in a structured, therapeutic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete nursing assessments for new admissions

  • Administer medications and document accurately per protocol

  • Monitor and manage withdrawal protocols (COWS / CIWA)

  • Educate clients on medications, wellness, and recovery

  • Collaborate with medical providers during assessments and medication reviews

  • Guide and support LPNs in daily client care

  • Monitor client health status and respond to medical concerns

  • Maintain medical supplies and ensure equipment readiness

  • Complete required documentation and trainings

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Georgia

  • CPR/BLS and First Aid certification

Preferred

  • Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or co-occurring treatment

  • Strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment skills
