About High Focus Centers
High Focus Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our Jenkintown clinical team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outpatient behavioral healthcare, High Focus Centers specializes in the treatment of mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders for both adolescents and adults. Position Overview
The Part-Time Outpatient Therapist provides individual and group therapy services and conducts Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) in an outpatient setting. This role works with both adult and adolescent clients, focusing on individualized, goal-oriented treatment and a supportive therapeutic experience.
Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy to a small caseload of adult and adolescent clients

Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions as scheduled

Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and document clinical findings in accordance with program standards

Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and trainings as scheduled
Qualifications
Education:
-
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field

Completion of a clinically based internship required
Experience & Skills:
-
Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting (preferred)

Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
