Part-Time Adult or Adolescent Therapist
Location: High Focus Centers – Paoli, PA
Schedule: Flexible
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials
High Focus Centers in Paoli is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our compassionate, highly trained clinicians create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to support each client’s unique path to recovery.
We are seeking a Part-Time Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role will focus on either adult or adolescent clients, depending on experience and program needs. If you are passionate about helping individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual and family support services as needed

Conduct Level of Care Assessments in line with program standards

Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team

Participate in team meetings to review progress and coordinate care

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and insurance requirements

Provide a supportive, structured therapeutic environment for assigned client population

Perform other clinical duties as assigned
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with the completion of a clinical based internship or practicum.

Experience in mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders (with adults or adolescents)
