Part-Time Adult or Adolescent Therapist
Location: High Focus Centers – Paoli, PA
Schedule: Flexible
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials
High Focus Centers in Paoli is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our compassionate, highly trained clinicians create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to support each client’s unique path to recovery.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Evening Therapist to join our dedicated behavioral healthcare team. This role may focus on adult or adolescent clients, depending on experience and program needs. Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide individual and family support services as needed.

Conduct Level of Care Assessments in accordance with program standards.

Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team.

Participate in regular team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.

Provide a supportive, structured therapeutic environment for either adult or adolescent clients.

Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.

Clinical experience in mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders (experience with either adults or adolescents required).

Licensure or license-eligibility in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
