High Focus Centers in Exton is a leading provider of outpatient treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our dedicated team of clinicians creates individualized treatment plans that support each client’s unique recovery journey.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Evening Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our dynamic and compassionate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about working with children and adolescents in a structured outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services.

• Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required.

• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues, in accordance with program timelines.

• Participate in clinical team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and insurance standards.

• Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for children and adolescents.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field with the completion of a clinical based internship. 

• Clinical experience required; experience with children and adolescents strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
