Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Faith-Based Counselor to join our outpatient team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to carry a flexible caseload of individual clients, providing counseling that integrates clinical best practices with Christian faith-based principles. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting clients in aligning their personal, relational, and spiritual growth, and is comfortable working in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individual outpatient counseling that integrates evidence-based practices with Christian faith-based principles.

Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.

Participate in team meetings as needed to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.

Support a safe, therapeutic, and spiritually sensitive environment for clients.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field (required) with the completion of a clinical based internship or practicum.

Experience providing faith-based or Christian counseling to individuals.

Strong commitment to integrating clinical expertise with clients’ spiritual and personal values.
