Program Director

Silver Ridge Recovery in Mills River, NC is seeking a qualified Program Director to join our team!

Salary: $55k-$60k per year w/ Benefits

Summary

Oversee and direct program. Responsible for the coordination and continuity of care provided in program. Promote performance improvement and service delivery that is aligned with Pyramid Healthcare primary mission and core values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Oversee, manage and direct the daily operations

·       Responsible for creating a positive client and employee experience

·       Monitors, evaluates and modifies the operational processes

·       Serve as the fiscal manager

·       Develops and implements facility policies and procedures

·       Ensures the facility is safe, clean and tidy

·       Provides operational supervision for medical services, clinical services and all contracted operational staff

·       Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision

·       Develops and monitors annual strategic plan for facility/program

·       Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents program in internal and external audits

·       Establish and maintain effective working relationship with physicians, admissions, marketing, referral sources and other key stakeholders

·       Other duties as assigned

Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervision of all operational staff at facility/program

Scheduling responsibilities of all positions

Required Qualifications

Licensure, Education, & Experience

o   Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college

o   Minimum of 4 years of experience in a behavioral health or general healthcare setting, which includes supervision of others and successful operations oversight

Or

o   Master’s degree or above from an accredited college

o   Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health or general healthcare setting, which includes supervision of others and successful operations oversight
