Location: High Focus Centers – Center City, Philadelphia, PA
High Focus Centers, a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health treatment, is seeking a Full-Time Psychiatrist to join our Center City Philadelphia team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and adults receiving care for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for a compassionate, board-certified psychiatrist with a commitment to clinical excellence and collaborative care.
Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Psychiatrist, you will:

Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management sessions

Monitor client progress, review lab results, and manage medication plans

Prepare discharge orders and prescriptions in a timely and compliant manner

Collaborate closely with clinical staff and other medical professionals to ensure continuity of care

Provide clinical consultation and support to the treatment team

Participate in peer review and quality assurance processes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
-
Assist in shaping and improving psychiatric services across the program
Qualifications
-
Board Certification in Psychiatry (required)

Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience in psychiatric medicine

Experience treating co-occurring disorders, with strong knowledge of mental health and substance use treatment

Familiarity with CARF, DDAP, and Office of Mental Health standards

Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and ethical standards of care

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and electronic health record systems

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Technical Competencies

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality psychiatric care in a team-based setting

Strong clinical judgment and familiarity with best practices in behavioral healthcare
