Our ACTT Substance Abuse Clinician plays a vital role in delivering direct-care services to individuals seeking outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment. Through our Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, Medication-Assisted Treatment Program, Cross Area Service Program, ACTT Services, and other specialty services, we have established ourselves as a recognized leader in Behavioral Healthcare treatment in North Carolina. Salary Rate: $50k - $57k (depending on certification/licensure/experience)

Job Duties/Expectations:
- Candidates must be willing to travel locally in the Asheville area to meet with clients in the community or in their homes.
- Facilitate IOP, PHP, and MAT day/evening groups, as well as individual and family therapy sessions.
- Complete LOCAs, pre-authorizations, and reviews as required in a timely manner.
- Develop treatment plans, NCTOPPs, and discharge/aftercare plans tailored to client needs and goals.
- Maintain continuous communication with client families, referral contacts, and support systems.
- Provide interventions to clients with SMPI and addictions in a community setting.
- Participate in emergency service and on-call duty rotation (may include after-hour assessments, crisis planning, and hospital diversion).
- Engage in treatment team/staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- LCAS, or the ability to achieve this certification or licensure within 90 days of employment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Qualified Professional Status according to 10A NCAC 27G.0104.
