Transportation Supervisor – Concord, MA

Hourly Rate: $21-22/hour
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week
Pyramid Healthcare is a national leader in behavioral healthcare, and we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new residential treatment facility in Concord, MA! This center will provide high-quality care for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
We are currently on the lookout for Full-Time Transportation Supervisor to join our team and support daily operations, ensuring reliable and compassionate transportation for our clients. Our Drivers often serve as the first point of face-to-face contact for individuals entering treatment, making this a truly meaningful and rewarding role!

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
- Orientation, training, and scheduling of drivers.
- Staff the Transportation Department, including the selection, orientation, training, and scheduling of employees; supervise drivers.
- Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department.
- Receive transportation calls/inquiries.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Model appropriate driver skills to other drivers.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License
- REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Supervisory experience.
